Job Description

THIS IS A PROJECT BASED VACANCY - NOT FULL TIME.

The Regional Sales Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying, developing, and managing key client relationships within designated industry sectors. This position requires a strategic approach to sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of consulting and training services. The key responsibilities include:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the region.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand services and enhance value for existing clients.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize potential clients and industries for business development.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Solutions Department to customize solutions according to client requirements.
  • Conduct presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Revenue Generation and Forecasting:

  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals for assigned accounts and territories.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and report on sales pipeline regularly.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams including Learning & Solutions, Marketing, Finance, and Client Relations to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Provide feedback from clients to inform product and service enhancements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in sales or account management.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the consulting or training industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required.
  • Fluency in both, English and Arabic.
