Job Description

The primary role of the Supply Chain Trainer is to make immediate contributions to enhancing the clients’ long term competitive position and performance. To do this, the trainer is involved in designing and delivering highly interactive and first-class training sessions to professional managers and senior-level executives.

The focus will be on a range of topics mainly associated with:

  • Supply Chain Management
  • Demand Planning and Forecasting
  • Procurement and Materials Management
  • Tendering, Negotiation and Contracts
  • Manufacturing and Operations
  • Total Quality Management
  • Other related topics

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related
  • Post-graduate related certification
  • Minimum of 12 years prior working experience in the Supply Chain function
  • Prior experience in delivering training sessions
  • In-depth knowledge about the topics to be facilitated
  • Fluency in both English & Arabic
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Efficient research skills
  • Effective course design skills
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Outstanding presentation & facilitation skills
  • Proper time management skills
